Job Description

A client of ours is hiring for an exciting opportunity. This role is mix between an administrative assistant / Office Manager / HR!







Job Responsibilities:





* First point of contact for visitors and incoming phone calls.

* Plan meetings, lunches, and customer visits.

* Maintain and manage office equipment and facility services.

* Manage incoming invoices for approval.

* Generate emails, reports, presentations, etc.

* Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items.

* Handle domestic and international shipping of packages and pallets.

* Assist with hotel and travel arrangements for employees and guests.

* Other office and facility duties as requested.

* This position can grow to include HR responsibilities, candidate dependent.

* Maintain professional appearance and conduct, exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times.



Experience





* 3+ years of administrative experience is preferred.

* Experience with phone and email communication.

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required.

* Experience working with outside vendors is preferred.

* Technologically savvy - MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Dropbox, MS Teams, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
