Job Description

Machine Operator (QA) $15/hr.



Manpower is currently seeking individuals for machine operator (QA) positions in Holland, MI for ALL shift. We currently offer several types of Virtual Interviews including connecting via phone, Skype and Facebook Chat or Video. What is the job?

*Track all non-conformations and scraps

*Respond quickly and follow appropriate escalation when machine or quality issues occur

*Utilize hand tools to support cell rework and repairs

*Perform 5s audits, maintain production logs, quality checks and maintenance work logs

*Adhere to safety requirements at all times, including the use of proper PPE

*Set up production equipment parameters to conform to process work standards

*Follow all Clean Room procedures

*Controlled operation of multiple equipment types: micro-layer coating, cutting, assembly, notching, folding, drying, charge/discharge, and packaging



Hours:

1st Shift (6:45am - 3pm)

2nd Shift (2:45pm-11pm)

3rd Shift (10:45pm-7am)



What is required?

*Preferred Diploma/GED

* Looking for self- motivated individuals who can adhere to production rate and work in a team environment.



Cell Quality Assurance Technician, referred to as Cell QA techs, will use equipment and computerized systems to evaluate and test samples throughout the lithium-ion battery production process. Responsibilities may include conducting quality checks on raw materials to finished product. Active involvement with production teams to trouble-shoot any issues or concerns while performing inspections throughout the production process from start to finish.
