Sr. QE OR Quality Manager | Direct Hire | Cannon Falls, MN | $90k-$120k Base + 10%-20% Bonus + 7% Profit Sharing



Provide management for the Quality Management System (QMS) and regulatory compliance programs Support the goals and vision by providing support to the team through statistical information & solutions for quality improvements. Job encompasses all functions that will lead to supporting the company goals and objectives.



Manage and improve the day-to-day quality related activities on site to ensure products are safe, compliant, and meet or exceed customer expectations. Supervise the production process to ensure all products meet consistent standards.



QUALIFICATIONS:



Plastics/metals processing or background would be huge

Able to create whole overall process & quality

Associates Degree (extensive experience) or Bachelors Degree: Engineering Field Ideal
