Job Description

* Location: Meridian, Idaho

* Temp to hire based on performance

* Weekly pay (Every Friday)

* Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM-2PM or 10AM-3PM

* Competitive pay starting at $15/HR

What you'll be doing:

* Answering phones and direct front desk traffic

* Manage reception email

* Manage conference room email and calendar

* Point of contact for other companies requesting to use our conference rooms and scheduling

* Coordinates company meetings

* material distribution before starting company meetings

* Maintaining office supplies request and ordering more when needed

* Managing catalog orders and keeping the catalogs organized how/when and up to date

* Filing samples and pulling samples for offsites

* Checking and disbursing mail

Who we are looking for:

* Proven to be organized, analytical and professional.

* Possess excellent verbal, written and communication skills.

* Works well with other and is a team player

* Good at problem solving

* Supply management

* Inventory control

* Customer focused and relationship building

* Be able to maintain a professional appearance and present a positive company image to the public.

* Be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications and use of contact management software.
