What will you be doing?





* Compliance with all applicable corporate, division, and regulatory policies and requirements

* Politely and professionally greet everyone that enters the building

* Follow security guidelines as the receptionist is the primary person to allow access past the lobby

* Work with client to verify employment for inactive or lost badges before allowing building access

* Answer phone and direct calls appropriately



What do you bring?





* Positive, can-do attitude

* Prior experience operating in a Corporate Customer Service environment

* IT literate including advanced knowledge of MS Office programs including but not limited to Outlook and Excel

* Prior experience in this field or a related field (Data Analyst/Risk Assessment/Security) preferred
