Administrator, Entitlements Reconciliations

What is the Job?



· Manage the daily reconciliation and reporting needs of the Entitlements Canada processing team, which includes monitoring daily asset/cash reports and ensuring payment reports are distributed in a timely manner.

. Assist in investigating and resolving breaks in a timely manner, as well as monitoring and actioning accurately and on time client instructions received from our Enhanced Model Client

. Monitor the daily asset and cash break reports to ensure breaks are being cleared in a timely manner.

. Ensure that all Entitlements processing Suspense accounts are reconciled and reported daily.

. Ensure re-tagging of breaks occurs promptly where issues are identified as being incorrectly assigned. I.e., assigning/accepting breaks as required.

. Monitor systems throughout the day (Arrow, Bony, Milvus, and CDS) for payments ensuring all payments are distributed to the processing group, treasury, etc. for timely posting.

. Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Global stats relating to timeliness of reconciliation of asset breaks.

. Clean up of Entitlements Accounts of small amounts on a quarterly basis.

. Monitor Entitlements Canada sundry a/c reports, ensuring explanations are received from processing supervisors, as per Policies & Procedures.

. Review management reports ensuring that all breaks have current notes and update as requested.

. Monitor all cash and asset breaks and ensure items are cleared/followed up in accordance with documented timeliness in policy & procedures.

. Where Errors and Omissions (E&Os) may occur, assist with resolution under direction from Senior Admin or Manager to ensure timely corrections in accordance with standards set.

. Document all follow up thoroughly for future reference in case of need arising from client/agent dispute.

. Liaison between the processing team, point of contact for assistance with TLM and Arrow related issues.



What Do You Bring to the Job?

· Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.

· 1-2 years Securities Industry experience.

. Excellent PC skills.

. Strong communications skills (written and verbal).

. Entitlements experience in any capacity; CSC and knowledge of TLM and depository applications is preferred.
