Job Description
Our client in banking sector is looking for a Recruiter to join their procurement team.
This is 3 months temporary assignment with possibility of extension.
Location: downtown Toronto (currently work from home)
Typical Day in Role:
-Supports clients defined sourcing strategy and end-to-end recruitment process by talent segment, contributing to the overall candidate experience and talent journey
-Manages virtual pre-screening process for high volume and niche roles, reviewing online applications and developing long lists for Consultants, Talent Acquisition
-Where applicable, sends pre-screening assessment tools to candidates, reviews and analyzes results, and presents candidates to Consultants, Talent Acquisition
- Acts as subject matter expert for video interviewing within Talent Acquisition team
- Coordinates and attends local recruitment events (virtual career fairs, networking, etc.) to build leads and ongoing relationships with candidates.
-Contribute to the reporting and tracking of metrics
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 3 + Years of progressive human resources experience, preferably in procurement type roles.
2) 3 + Years' Experience with Linked in Recruiter
3) 3+ Years' experience with Passive Candidate Searches/Headhunting
4) Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Verbal
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Microsoft Suite - Excel

Degrees:
Post-secondary degree or diploma
