We are currently recruiting for a Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist for a manufacturing company in Evansville IN. The Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment from defining and executing sourcing strategies, interview and assessing applicant pools and facilitating as the HR representative for candidate review meetings.

Additional Responsibilities include:

* Maintain applicant tracking requirements for all assigned requisitions using Applicant Tracking System.

* Works with HR Business Partners in the execution of the hiring plan for a major client group to enable the execution of clients' business strategy and organizational succession needs.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients to address all staffing related issues.

* Strengthen connection with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand the recruiting needs of the business.

* Anticipate hiring needs and proactively identify recruiting solutions to meet those needs by working closely with the HR Business Partner.

* Develops and executes sourcing and recruiting plans and strategies for multiple positions to attract qualified candidates and fill open positions with top talent.

* Manage multiple clients and competing demands in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

* Contribute to staffing and HR related projects as needed.


* Minimum 2 years' experience managing the full life cycle of the staffing process and all related activities, including compliance, effective sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and alternative assessment techniques, etc.

* Knowledge of staffing standard operating procedures, guidelines, and legal requirements as they apply to EEO compliance and immigration.

* Demonstrated experience in developing and executing business group staffing strategies, including providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

* Proven ability to identify and deliver qualified talent.

* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and working in a metrics driven environment required.

* Demonstrated ability to interact and support all employee levels.

* Experience with MS Office applications (excel, word, ppt, teams)

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
