The primary result expected from the Maintenance Leader is to improve reliability by implementing maintenance & reliability best practices across the various manufacturing sites.
Duties:
* Create best practices and ensure CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is standardized across the company including equipment trees, nomenclature, part identification, reporting, etc.
* Create best practices for Planning & Scheduling maintenance work. Help the plants improve their planned maintenance work. Improve wrench-time by optimizing the planning process.
* Help the plants identify critical spare parts.
* Work with the plants to establish best practices for part visibility and inventory control.
* Help lead and participate in reliability FIT events.
* Be a champion and resource for our predictive program using technologies such as ultrasound, thermography, vibration, and oil analysis

* Mechanical - Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
* Experience of Planning & Scheduling Maintenance work.
* In-depth experience of implementing & using CMMS.
* Experience of setting up Critical Spare parts and Supply Room controls and best practices.
* Experience working as a maintenance technician and trade skills.
* Predictive technology certifications are a plus.
* Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) is a plus
* Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
* Troubleshooting - Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
* Coordination - Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
* Equipment Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
