This is an exciting retail shift leader opportunity in a fun and growing industry. Some of the key responsibilities of this role are as follows:
* Providing oversight and guidance to team members during assigned shift
* Training, coaching, and supporting skills development with the support of store leaders
* Meeting store goals while maintaining an organized and safe work environment
* Supporting the organizational mission through training of people with different abilities
* Adapting to store needs and supporting store procedures including opening and closing
What do you bring to the job?
* 1 year of retail experience
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* Excellent communication with a diverse audience and with all levels of the team
* Willingness to positively coach others in a hands-on workplace
* Basic competency in Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software
