What will you be doing?
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, identifying their needs and helping then find the perfect footwear
- Accurately measure customers feet and ensure they have the correct fit by recommending the appropriate size and style
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying up to date with current fashion trends, shoe technology and brand information
- Handle product deliveries and maintain accurate inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies
- Organize and maintain the sales floor by arranging and displaying products in an attractive and visually appealing manner
- Work with a team of great employees to provide a positive and engaging customer experience
- Must be available on Saturdays (closed on Sundays and major National holidays)

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills to process transactions accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- A keen eye for detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong inventory control skills and ability to conduct regular stock assessments
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and shoe technology
