Description:
Level III: 5-7 years of experience. Receive visitors so that all callers/visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously, and accurately. Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls at a multi-line phone. Take and distribute accurate messages. Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit; issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs; show safety video to visitors; alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee. Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources, for example on the organization's location, hours of operation, phone numbers, or email address. May also perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as data entry and organizing and distributing mail.
Requirements:
Education - HSD/GED
Previous experience - Some previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
Skills - Intermediate with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Any experience with Oracle, workday or kronos would be a bonus
Communication - Must be strong in verbal and written communication.
