Job Title: Patient Sitter
Location: Weston, WV
Pay Range: Up to $15.35/hr
What’s the Job?
- Supervise and watch over patients without distraction
- Accompany mobile patients throughout the facility
- Alert nurses when patients need help or interventions
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Keep patient information confidential
What’s Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong observation, listening and communication skills
- Ability to handle emotionally distressing situations
- Ability to act calmly and swiftly under pressure
- Ability to walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time
