Job Description


The candidate will have some documented safety background or experience. Will work directly for the Corporate ES&H Manager / Operations Supervisor administrating and enforcing company policies, goals, narratives as outlined by the company's' Safety Policy and our award-winning well-established ES&H Programs. Candidate will be working mostly in Lewisville, TX. We are an Instrumentation and Controls Automation Construction Low Voltage firm following and not limited to OSHA 1910, 1926 and MSHA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* To provide Logistic support for existing Compliance, Operations, Training Members, and subsequently our project teams.

* Assist with classroom style presentation, set up, breakdown, and possible instruction of.

* Prepare, send & process notifications, reports, surveys, audits but not limited to: Job Hazard Analysis, Toolbox Topics, Assured Equipment Grounding Notices, Gas Monitor Alerts, Incidents, and Safety Reports.

* Use ES&H Ticketing system.

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, PDF, Excel, Outlook) and audits, forms, and sever folder structures.

* Engages in continued professional development.

* Actively promote and foster "Safety First" culture.

* Ability to adapt and change to the needs of the employees and business.

* Exercise discretion and independent judgement with respect to existing polices and best practices regarding new and existing applicable safety regulations as they apply to management and to ES&H Department mission and general operations.

* Some overnight travel for training, audits, or other.

* 40 hours a week, OT when warranted and approved.

* Team floater vehicles / mileage.

* Responsible for ES&H Region 2 - Lewisville, TX Sugar Land, TX, Denver, Schertz, TX and New Mexico.

* Travel to their scheduled sites and help their SSR's.
