The ideal candidate is an experienced Sales Service Representative with a demonstrated history of working in solutions-oriented selling. Skilled in Building and Maintaining strong relationships, contract negotiations, Business Development and seeing the sales cycle through start to finish. This candidate will also have a strong knowledge of SalesForce. If your sales experience is price based, this position will not be for you.

The Customer Development Manager/Account Manager develops long-term business relationships with both new and existing customers. This will require that you rely on a sales approach that is both consultative and strategic, and that you partner directly with customers to determine their needs and to identify opportunities to add new business. This position allows you to play a key role in helping us to deliver the best quality service to our customers, and can put you on the path toward a long and rewarding sales management career with us including senior sales leadership roles. in a "hunter" role in which you will utilize your prospecting, networking and referral skills to build new customer relationships and expand our client base. This will require that you have a solid foundation in strategic sales, rather than just a basic transactional approach. Internal relationships are also a key part of this role as you will work directly with a variety of our departments including Rentals, Operations and Maintenance as well as Finance and Marketing.

*Drive sales for transportation solutions to full-service lease and maintenance customers

*Interact with existing customers in order to identify and propose solutions to resolve transportation opportunities, meet transportation needs and achieve sales growth

*Maintain day-to-day contact with existing customers, nurturing business relationships and ensuring that the company delivers on their promise of providing high quality service

*Execute marketing plans and account development strategies to expand contractual product lines

*Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals


*As an Account Manager, you must be self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and expectations while also being able to function effectively as part of a team.

*Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills

*Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities

*Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

*Proven ability to establish and develop strong business relations with customers

*Post-secondary education in business or marketing;

*Minimum five (5) years of sales experience

*Proven track record using a consultative selling process to propose solutions to customers

*Basic PC computer proficiency

*Experience with CRM systems such as Sales Force

*Bilingual in French and English is an asset but not required

*Must have your own reliable vehicle (10-20% of position will be driving to meet clients within the Greater Moncton area) - a car allowance is provided

Salary: $60,000-$65,000 yearly + commission and car allowance.

A criminal record check and reference check will be done at time of hire. Proof of Sales Awards and Quotas will also be requested.
