Sales Director - $90-$130K+ base salary with bonus potential of $40K+

Our client in Costa Mesa is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team.



THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY, NOT CONTRACT, OR TEMP.



100% Remote w/occasional travel required, BUT MUST BE LOCATED IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.



MUST HAVE K-12 EDUCATION AUDIO VISUAL SALES EXPERIENCE.

What will you be doing?





* Manage a sales team of at least 3 Key Partner Managers

* Manage sales leads, bring in your own contacts in K-8 education arena

* Build relationships with decision makers at key school districts

* Publicize the company name and raise its awareness and sales within the education arena, through the use of social media, national technology conferences, and clever marketing campaigns

* Sell A/V hardware & software to clients in K-8 education



What do you bring?





* Positive, can-do attitude

* Bachelor's Degree preferred

* Prior experience as a supervisor/manager in Sales

* Experience selling $3-$5M in hardware/software in K-12 education
