Job Description

Sales Support Specialist

Our client in Northwest Edmonton is looking for a highly motivated sales support specialist for a full-time permanent role. The ideal candidate will be joining one of Canada's largest electrical distributors, supporting the sales team with preparing proposals, managing documentation, coordinating warehouse logistics, and other administrative tasks. If you have a professional demeanor, well organized, and have excellent communication skills, we are looking for you!


* Full Time Permanent

* Monday- Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM

What you'll be doing:

* Prepare and submit proposals and supporting documents in customer quoting portals

* Provide administrative assistance to Sales Representatives and ensure all documentation is properly executed and deadlines are met

* Maintain project documentation

* Collaborate with Sales Manager to make sure project goals are met

* Manage contract milestone activities, and close-out activities

* Act as a liaison and coordinator among key stakeholders

* Organize and maintain contract related hard copies and digital records

* Order entry and management

* Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer to arrange delivery of product

* Analysis of costing and selling spreadsheets

* Track orders to ensure delivery times are me


* Excellent communication skills

* Well organized and extremely detail oriented

* Works well with tight deadlines

* Team player
