Foam Saw Operator
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:14pm
Pay: $17.00/hr

SUMMARY:

• Sets up and operates band saws in cutting-off pieces and preparation for subsequent use in manufacturing.

• Must have the skill and knowledge of the different characteristics of working with different types of foam.
• Ability to read blueprints efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to follow work instructions and document accurately.
• High attention to detail to produce quality equipment with no defects.

• Accountable for all concerns within their scope of work and has the absolute responsibility to remedy, report, and/or communicate any issue to managers, supervisors, safety, or environmental managers as appropriate.
• Follows all safe work practices, watches out for fellow workers, and keeps their work area clean.
• Ensures the area remains compliant regarding hazardous waste, non-hazardous waste, and universal waste.
• The following personal protective equipment is required and must be worn while working in the manufacturing facility or customers’ facilities:
• Appropriate clothing and other safety equipment as required.
• Must pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
