General Laborers - NO Experience Necessary - Training is Provided



We have a GREAT Contract-to-Hire Production Support position with a Sheboygan, WI Manufacturer. This position will offer growth and development and an opportunity to join a Great Team. Training is provided. Seeking self-motivated candidates with a strong work ethic that want to support manufacturing operations and learn new skills.

What is the job?



" Load and unload products, manually moving freight, stock, or other materials to lines and machines.



" Ensure quality of product



" Packaging and palletizing product



" General housekeeping to maintain a safe work environment



" Other manufacturing support duties as directed by Machine Operators to aid in production



What do you bring to the job?



" Must have a good attendance record - punctual and dependable



" Proven work history and strong work ethic



" Be comfortable working in a fast paced warm manufacturing environment



" Previous manufacturing is helpful especially previous Machine Operator and/or Forklift experience



" Mechanically inclined with an attention to detail and quality



" Able to stand the entire shift, bend, stoop, and handle light materials (up to 20 lbs.).



" Ability to train on 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:00 pm) until moving to 3rd shift or train 2nd shift from 1-9pm before going to 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
