The client is looking for FOH lead and senior line cook to join the team in Winnipeg Manitoba

What is the job?



* Supporting all the front-line daily operations;

* Provide an excellent guest experience by exceeding guests' expectations of sincerity, friendliness,

* Ensure guest complaints/concerns are addressed promptly and respectfully.

* Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed

* Assisting in the training of all front-line staff

* Overseeing that all cleaning checklists are completed, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and sanitized facility

* Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed

* Acting as Manager on Duty when required

* Ensure clear communication to employees and document when concerning any HR related situations

* Assisting with ordering, inventory and audits

* Completing daily cash reconciliation

* Ensuring that all employees are provided a work environment that is safe and free of any and all harassment

* Other duties as assigned.
