What You'll Be Doing:

* Will manage operations and lead the warehouse, receiving, inventory and product support teams in the Ink plant

* Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and preparing items for shipment

* Ability to track multiple facets of our operations to achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate orders, track shipping times, and ultimately oversee the fulfillment of product orders to achieve both internal and external customer satisfaction

* Drive process improvements, seizing opportunities to maximize efficiency by streamlining tasks, implementing quantifiable measures, and effectively communicating targets and goals

* Handle workplace safety requirements and ensure company is remaining compliant with OSHA standards

* Oversee employee schedules to maintain coverages to meet customer demands and shipping priorities

* Work cross functionally with all team members, including Manufacturing and R&D

* Seek improvement opportunities in all areas of the operations, updating processes and procedures as the company grows

* Oversee supplier relations, primarily supplier performance objectives, and participate in program management activities as appropriate

Here's What You Need To Apply:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or equivalent field

* Possess 7+ years of broad operations experience including logistics, production, facilities, and warehouse functions (previous experience working in a large-scale warehouse/receiving environment preferred)

* Possess international/hazardous shipping experience; preferred

* Can work all quarter end times (including New Year's Eve) and some evenings

* Possess 7+ years of demonstrated exceptional leadership skills; developing, coaching/counseling and motivating teams to achieve goals, and effectively managing performance and employee relations

* Possess excellent problem-solving skills and have a high level of attention to detail

* Can build and effectively communicate process, structure, and productivity measures

* Are proficient with MS Excel; strong technical proficiency required, along with strong ERP/SAP skills; preferred

* Possess CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or related credential; preferred

* Can perform various activities such as constant standing, walking, frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting
