Do you have experience operating sewer machine and are looking for immediate employment in a clean, safe work environment? Come join our team of dedicated sewers working at a well-known brand in Surrey, BC.







Sewer at $18 per hour







What is in it for you?



* $18 per hour plus 4% vacation pay

* Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM

* Temporary to permanent assignment







Job Duties



* Operating industrial sewing machines and other equipment to sew tent and canopy products, such as sidewalls, roof panels, and tarps.

* Cutting fabric and other materials to the required sizes and shapes for the products being manufactured.

* Following technical drawings and instructions to ensure that products are sewn to the correct specifications.

* Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including regular machine maintenance and cleaning.

* Inspecting finished products for quality and making any necessary repairs or adjustments.

* Participating in the development of new products and processes to improve efficiency and quality.

* Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production processes and timely completion of orders.

* Maintaining accurate records of materials used and products produced.

* Following established safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

* Participating in regular training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge of sewing techniques and materials







What you bring to the job?



* Previous experience operating Sewer machines

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* Self-motivation to drive completion of tasks as quickly and accurately as possible
