Job Description

Our client located in Parsippany, NJ is looking for a Senior Recruiter! As a Senior Recruiter, you'll hire the next generation of talent. You will be responsible for helping continue to grow a business as they take it in new and exciting directions. You'll be responsible for your own projects - voicing your own ideas.



This is a one year contracted position with possibility of extension.



Job Responsibilities:



Presents to Hiring Managers, and works as liaison between candidates, Hiring Managers and HR business partners providing guidance through the interview, offer, and hiring process.

Lead small project teams, and volunteer for stretch assignments to expand working knowledge within, and outside of sourcing. * Generates reports and data, new proposals and general corporate information. * Adhere to and execute against the Talent Acquisition KPI's.

Understand the market, trends and challenges and devise recruitment campaigns and strategies that work

Find innovative ways to identify and attract 'difficult-to-reach' candidates

Provide an excellent candidate experience every step of the way

Ensure quality and rigour in how we select candidates.

Requirements:



5+ years' recruitment industry experience with focus on corporate & technical hiring

Prior experience mentoring, leading or managing a team within a recruiting environment * High energy, and has relationship building skills with * History of take initiative to drive change across recruiting processes or practices * Ability to prioritize, influence, negotiate and partner cross functionally * Strong analytical skills, the ability to report and understand data.

Expert knowledge and experience in recruitment concepts, practice and procedures

Experience in Agency & in-house environments

Preferred:



BS/BA in Business Administration and Theory, Human Resources, Sociology or a related field
