Senior Sales Development Representative - Full-time, Remote Position

What will you be doing?

* Lead, coach, train and evaluate performance and productivity of SDR Team.

* Help optimize and accelerate the SDR Team's growth initiatives through: developing new and innovative customer procurement strategies, compiling data feedback to improve SDR Team processes, and engaging with the leadership team to create actionable lead lists and valuable business insights.

* Enthusiastically make outbound calls when required and represent the company in a highly professional manner.

* Act as the eyes and ears at the top of the sales funnel, making sure there are enough leads in the pipeline to hit target.

* Analyzing pipeline velocity, optimize conversion rates, and drive a deeper understanding of customer behaviour to ensure optimal revenue growth and a predictable and scalable pipeline for the SDR Team.

* Prospecting sales leads through cold calls to generate new demo meetings.

* Nurture prospects over follow-up calls and emails to ensure client conversion and maximize engagement with the sales team.

* Engage with the prospective client to discover their needs, find a suitable solution in initial call, and schedule demo meetings with the sales team.

* Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of SDR new hires.

hat are the experiences and qualifications that you bring to the role?

* Strong leadership skills - the successful incumbent will be someone who is self-directed, results-oriented, and able to think innovatively.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* 2+ years prior SaaS sales experience is necessary

* 3+ years prior experience as a sales development representative in enterprise software is preferred

* 5+ years experience in cold-calling, meeting scheduler, and B2B sales is a must.

* A proven sales track record and full-cycle sales.

* Experience or acumen for using CRMs, Slack, Microsoft Suite and other remote work solutions.

* An outgoing, tenacious and positive attitude.

* Tech-savvy and adaptive, you are unafraid of challenges.
