Job Description

Manpower is hiring for one of its leading banking clients to join the team as an Service Coordinator.



What's in it for you?

* Contract Length - 12 months with the possibility of extension

* Pay Rate: $21.43 per hour

* Work Locations : Kitchener (Remote)



Daily Responsibilities:



The Service Coordinator represents the Annuity Services team as a primary point of contact for investigating, research and locating missing clients related to a block of business which represents life insurance policies. These policies are in relation to clients who are approximately 100 years old.



Key Accountability's:

Directly provide expertise to locate missing clients where funds could be payable.



* Review files and search for clients through phone calls and researching

* Move cases to unclaimed property (insurance) where applicable

* Escalation handling for key internal business partners & service stakeholders

* Leading by example, develop and maintain strong customer relationships while providing excellent service

* Expectation of measures around accuracy and service excellence are met

* Identify gaps or errors in the knowledge databases and provide feedback/corrections to documentation, procedures etc.



Job Requirements (Knowledge/Skills/Competencies):



* Extensive prior administrative experience within a retail investments operational environment is an asset

* Strong understanding of life insurance products is an asset

* Ability to organize & prioritize work in a high-volume area and adhere to strict timelines

* Proven investigative and problem-solving skills, with an ability to be resourceful in identifying issues and solutions

* Demonstrated ability to be flexible and exercise judgment in a changing environment

* Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive cross-department relationships to attain collaborative solutions

* Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment

* Strong Analytical and decision-making skills

* Attentiveness to detail

* Excellent communication skills both written and oral

* Excellent collaborative skills

* Excellent team player

* Bilingual (French and English) is an asset but not required
