What will you be doing?
A qualified applicant should possess plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and general carpentry skills. Applicants should also be detail oriented, self-motivated and be able to perform work independently. Essential Job Skills: -Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems. -Documentation of all repairs completed within work order software. -Tracking of all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements. -Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, including manufacturers service specifications. -Capable of standing, stooping, crawling and bending for prolonged periods of time. -May lift up to 70 lbs. -Able to work in varying environmental conditions such as heat, humidity and cold.
