Job Description

Our client one of the world's largest provider of intralogistics throughout North America, is hiring a Service Account Manager for the province of Quebec, who will be a liaison between the customer and maintenance team, the incumbent will oversee the Site Managers at our customer sites

What is the job?



* Act as a Liaison between the customer, Sales and Engineering.

* Manage all aspects of the customer (contracts, quotes, documentation, reports, etc.)

* Coordinates Quarterly Business Review meetings

* Manage and drive to resolution customer related issues and programs.

* Manage customer inquiries relate to the Distribution Center performance.

* Coordinates use of company resources to provide value added services to the account

* Collaborate and support both internal and external customers' requests for new opportunities related to new or existing business.

* Prepares quotes and estimates together with the Project Manager

* Works independently with minimal supervision or review

* Travel required up to 30%.



What do you bring to the job?

* 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in similar work.

* At least 4 years of prior working supervisory experience managing and maintaining material handling systems.

* Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word)

* Ability to travel to job-sites and various branches in multiple geographic regions as needed (overnight travel maybe required for work at remote site projects, meetings, and/or training)

* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers

* Must be able to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines

* Must be detail-oriented and organized

* Strong, planning and reporting skills

* Possess excellent verbal, written communication and follow-up skills

* Strong analytical and decision making abilities

* Self-motivated with the ability to motivate and influence others

* Have a demonstrated ability to create reports and communication materials to best report and demonstrate continuous improvement of maintenance and operations of material handling equipment to our customer.
