Job Description
The Builder Team Service Technician is responsible for customer service warranty tasks. This includes both
pre-and-post job walks to ensure quality control standards are achieved, delivering materials to installers
when needed, and conducting small installations on occasion. The position accomplishes this through a
respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives and core values of the company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for customer service warranty
* Conduct pre and post job walks to ensure quality control standards are achieved
* Utilize a mobile device on-site to document job information into RFMS
* Communicate jobsite issues/information/pictures to builder team
* Deliver materials to installers on job sites if/when needed
* Do installations on small projects
* Ensure all punch-list items (finish work) are completed
* Provide installers with assistance if needed

REQUIREMENTS
* General construction experience a plus - no experience required - on-the-job training available
