Job Title: Shift Leader
Location: La Crosse, WI
Pay: $15 - $17/hour

What's the job?

• Providing oversight and guidance to team members during assigned shift  
• Training, coaching, and supporting skills development with the guidance of store leaders.
• Meeting store goals while maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
• Supporting the organizational mission through training of people with different abilities
• Adapting to store needs and supporting store procedures including opening and closing.

What do you bring to the job?

• 1 year of retail experience  
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent communication with diverse audience and with all levels of management
• Willingness to positively coach others in a hands-on workplace
• Basic competency in Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software.
