Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the packaging within the shipping system, daily component packaging, and customer customization order filing within the delivery and packing system.

2. Schedules orders and ensures accuracy of packaging products; double boxing and palletizing.

3. Completes daily inbound receiving of product and packages and notifies recipients accordingly.

4. Scans barcodes of shipping modules to the SAP system for recordkeeping.

5. Coordinates and provides support with employees and/or other departments to resolve shipping and packaging issues and matters.

6. Follows up, monitors, and ensures CTO files (Customization to Order project files) and SOP (Standard Operation Procedures).are adhered to.

7. Performs and completes any other tasks/projects as assigned.

Qualifications, Requirements, and Skills:

1. Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of warehouse experience, preferably within the electronic module of high technology manufacturing industry sector.

2. Minimum one (1) year of related warehouse experience within the consistent areas of material handling, shipping and receiving, distribution, and/or operations.

3. Good understanding of basic/fundamental warehouse shipping and receiving procedures.

4. Experience and skill in SAP system is preferred.

5. High school diploma or equivalent.

6. Ability to perform multiple tasks and work independently.

7. Ability to perform within a changing workload and/or priorities and meet order schedules with quality results.

8. Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment, and willingness to motivate and support others.

9. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

10. Verbal and written communication skills.

11. Computer skills are preferred (i.e.: Microsoft Outlook).

Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare items for shipment. Duties include assembling, addressing, stamping, and shipping merchandise or material; receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material; and arranging for the transportation of products.
