Job Description

Customer Onboarding



· Monitor support email box for user registrations



· Process request for access (work with PM and BD)



· Setup users and Project Groups as needed



· Validate customer data as needed to correct issues



· Monitor requests from Osmose.com and route to DBD and PMs



o Analytics



· Run weekly analytics reports on users visiting the site



· Recommendations improvements to Development Team



o Technical Support



· Monitor support mailbox



· Triage issues and route appropriately



· Respond to customer inquiries via email



· Log issues with Development Team and follow-up to ensure resolution



o Internal Support



· Help Products team as needed to update product catalog as needed



· Help O-Calc team to update O-Calc content as needed



o Content Management



· Work with Marketing team to maintain Knowledge Base Content



· Use analytics to monitor Knowledge Base usage and make recommendations for improvements



· Work with content stakeholders to update content as needed



· Request usage of copyrighted material from content publishers



o Newsletter / Communications



· Help with content for newsletter and external emails



o Demos / Training / Collateral



· Help with training video creation as needed



· Help maintain site collateral as needed
