Reporting to the Manager, Compensation the role will play an integral role to support Compensation programs primarily with analytical work and financial modelling of bonus plans, annual salary review process and long-term incentive modelling.

What's in in for you?

*5-6 month assignment

*Paid weekly, every Friday

*4% vacation paid weekly

What is the Job?

* Provide analytical expertise for compensation programs.

* Perform complex research, analysis and delivery of findings.

* Provide modeling and advanced analytics support on incentive design initiatives and enhancements to compensation programs to implement data-driven decisions and insights.

* Create complex spreadsheet models for financial analyses to determine the impact of plan design changes or new plan proposals.

* Assists in job evaluation and market survey data as needed

* Other Compensation project work as needed

What Do You Bring to the Job?

*Advanced Excel skills and spreadsheet analysis.

*Excellent analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

*Self-starter with the ability to resolve complex issues and problems; able to work with little supervision.

*Experience in Human Resources, with the majority being in compensation.

*Strong knowledge of compensation practices and theory;

*Experience in global compensation & benefits program design is an asset.

*Critical thinking Timely, effective and service oriented.

*Solid writing, communication, collaboration and presentation skills.

*Someone who can manage multiple priorities and lives for deadlines.
