Job Description

The Senior Field Care Representative position provides operational support and guidance to the Manpower, Experis, Jefferson Wells and Manpower Engineering brands. This position will handle incoming support requests on a daily basis via email and chat, along with monitoring for escalations and working with other support teams. In handling these contacts, they set the example by delivering excellent customer service and working to provide support and resolve issues with efficiency.



Senior Field Care Representatives will provide process and technology support to the various brands. Senior Reps may also work with off-shore agents, providing training, guidance and quality feedback.



Senior Field Care Representatives are expected to consistently and accurately execute on operational support, including candidate and client records, order intake, assignment records, timekeeping and applicable systems. May also include order intake, payroll processing, AP/AR and invoicing support for certain brands.



The Senior Representative communicates verbally and written in a professional, logical and meaningful way. Completes tasks timely and efficiently, providing a positive experience for all contacts. Strong customer service and responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders.



Senior Representatives will learn new products and processes and transition this learning into active support for delivery partners. Senior Representatives may assess information on repetitive issues and identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement.
