Sr. HR Generalist - Direct Hire
Salary: 90K-100K
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and tactical HR Generalist with substantial knowledge of operational HR and the ability to act as trusted advisor to our local and regional leaders. Together with your colleagues, you will be the point of contact for local and regional management in all HR matters at an operational and tactical level.
Job Responsibilities
* Facilitate team building and development on request
* Coordinate and implement development initiatives
* Manage coaching and development activities
* Support managers in organizational changes
* Act as advisor to local and regional managers
* Support employee performance, engagement and retention in location and region, including onboarding. Initiate and lead activities that help to increase satisfaction, motivation, engagement and retention
* Responsible for 'taking action' and enabling leaders to be compliant of the company's Management Processes and standards to ensure high performance
* Monitor data around sick leave, engagement, job satisfaction, etc. and address the development and improvement areas to leaders and local management
Background & Skills
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant area of Business, Human Resources, or similar program. Master's degree is preferred.
* 3-5 years of HR experience serving a business or relevant customer base in a manufacturing environment
* Experience in process implementation, change management and leading transformation processes.
* Tactical in nature with solid business understanding
* Good communications kills with an ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
