Job Description

Sr. Account Executive (Sales) - $70K-$75K base rate + commission.

What's in it for you?

* $75K plus 10% (uncapped) commission and mileage reimbursement

What will you be doing?

* Quickly develop a strong understanding of companies bathtub and accessories products and its business position in the competitive wholesale/retail landscape so as to keep company competitive.

* Build a strategic plan for new products in the trade wholesale/retail sector; build monthly / annual sales forecasts.

* Increase revenues of current customers for new product offerings while developing new customers.

* Find and develop new markets and channels to increase revenues.

* Cultivate relationships with retailers to grow revenue in the channel.

* Develop quotes and proposals for clients.

* Continuously hunt, generate, and identify qualified sales leads in target categories primarily through relationship mining, as well as internal and external networking within the home improvement industry.

What do you bring?

* Positive, can-do attitude

* At least 5 years of experience executing on the full sales cycle for a B2B, B2C e-commerce or home improvement company and having strong connections in the wholesale (ideal) or retail space. (If retail, then need substantive experience in a "big box" or similar multi-site retail chain sales environment).

* A demonstrated ability to see new markets and revenue growth opportunities where others may not.

* Knowledgeable about the home improvement industry (including about our competitors) and can learn fast on the job.

* Ability to help negotiate win-win deals.

* Ability to drive interest and meetings with prospective clients over the phone.

* Strong track record of demonstrating individual value through relationship building and management at all levels of an organization, brand side preferred.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can articulate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.

* Proficiency in computer technologies and office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

* Possess a driver's license and willing to travel for client visits/pitches.
