Job Description

Job Purpose & Responsibilities

Department Management:

* Provide assigned affiliates project monitoring/ management execution and identify manage project dependencies and critical path.

* Updating assigned affiliates site drawings to as-built (through CAD & Drawing section).

* Control all assigned affiliates area engineering documents

Strategic Contribution:

* Ensure a smooth transition for adapting to the processes and procedures.

* Ensure continuous improvement in performance of project execution measured through appropriate KPI's in line with KSA requirements.

* Ensure a smooth interface between the affiliate and alliance partner during execution and completion of projects. Oversee the identification and completion of punch-list items of assigned affiliate site projects.

Strategic Planning and Alliances:

* Prepare preliminary scope of any modification or projects to be executed at assigned affiliates site projects. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

* Schedule all works to be executed at assigned affiliate's area. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and track project milestones and deliverables. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations and determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

Stakeholder / Network Management:

* Coordinate contractor mobilization and demobilization / ensure site clearance

* Customer relationship management. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions

* Interface with authorities for site specific permits.

Alliance Partner Management:

* Contribute to the evaluation of new alliance partners framework and strategy

* Ensure smooth transition to new alliance partners


* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related discipline with combination of equivalent education and experience.

* Minimum of 10 years' experience in industry or related engineering and manufacturing

* Experience in general management position in related field

* Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to inspire, guide and encourage others

* Familiar with Capital Planning Process demonstrated project management skills

* Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM)
