Job Description

Manpower is now recruiting for a Staff Accountant to work in Tallahassee, Florida.



WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

* Preparing Previous Day Cash Reporting

* Reconciling Credit Card Payments

* Reconciling In Transit Payments

* Processing Accounts Receivable refunds

* Preparing and posting Journal Entries

* Assisting with various accounting projects & analysis

* Processing and verifying vendor ACH enrollments

* Researching and coding miscellaneous cash receipts

* Backing up and providing PTO coverage for Remote Deposit team

* Providing customer service to internal and external customers

* Backing up other accounting team members

* Other duties as assigned

* Working Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM, OT availability needed.



WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE JOB?

* Must have previous in office accounting experience

* Must have Accounts Receivable experience

* Must have Accounting or related degree preferred

* Strong Math and computer skills, Very Proficient in Excel

* A working knowledge of accounting functions

* Excellent organization skills

* Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Available to work overtime

* Work 8 hours daily Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00PM, possible OT
