Staffing Coordinator

Attention new and upcoming college graduates!! Manpower is recruiting on behalf of a local client for a Staffing Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for students that hold a Bachelors degree in HR or a related field, preferably a Masters. You must have high energy, the ability to work in a fast paced - ever changing environment, ability to multitask and meet deadlines, have great communication skills (verbal and written), requires above average computer skills, and the drive and desire to learn and grow with the employer. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a $40,000.00 starting salary and excellent company benefits.



Job duties:

* Responsible for Recruiting and Staffing.

* Responsible for coordinating and scheduling hiring events.

* Establish and maintain relationships with surrounding community partners.

* Ability to manage and facilitate new Hire Training and Onboarding.

* Administrative duties: Filing, creating and distributing employee communications.

* Assist HR department with day to day operations.



Requirements:

* Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree, Masters preferred.

* Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screen.
