What does a Staffing Specialist/recruiter do?
* Drive candidate and client satisfaction and loyalty by matching top talent to great work opportunities
* Recruiting - Attract, engage, market, assess and employ candidates
* Hiring - onboard, coach, discipline, advance and terminate associates
* Create a strong candidate pipeline through attraction campaigns and digital outreach programs
* Build relationships with clients to gain clear understanding of their current and future hiring needs to find quality candidates and fill
openings quickly
* Process applicant and associate records efficiently and accurately in compliance with HR regulation
* Compile reports and data from HR systems and databases timely and accurately
* Likes to have fun, work hard and contribute to the office team
Do you have what it takes? We are looking for:
* One to three years of recruiting, human resources and customer service experience
* Bachelor's degree is a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong computer (MS Office) and organizational skills with great attention to detail
* Positive attitude with an "own the role" mentality
* Eagerness to work with a team in a professional office environment and have fun!
