Manpower is currently seeking s Store Manager for a permanent position in Lethbridge.



Anticipated start date: April 19th

* Schedule/Hours: 40 hours/week

* Location/Address: Lehtbridge

* COVID Protocol: reduced customers in store, following social distancing, masks required, hand sanitizer provided, additional cleaning procedures in place.

* Bonuses/Commissions/Additional perks: annual bonus of up to 15% of salary based on performance and how the company is performing, monthly incentive 40% off home services, ability to participate in company Share Program with company contribution

* Benefits: Extended health, dental and vision. $750 wellness account , Pension plan with company contribution. 3 weeks of vacation to start, prorated in year of hire



* Education/certificates: not required

* Years of Experience: 2+ experience as sales manager or retail manager great to have



* Job scope/daily duties: responsible for store ROI and growing the business in both good and challenging times. We're looking for a leader that will be able to drive results through effective sales coaching.

* Travelling required: annual store manager meetings (usually in Calgary) - may be on hold this year due to the pandemic
