Some of the key responsibilities of this role are as follows:



* Leading talent through hiring, on-boarding, training, and development processes

* Implementing and guiding all human resources objectives

* Attracting talent through community networking and other recruitment practices

* Retaining and developing employees through ongoing rewards, coaching, accountability, and training

* Implementing business strategies in partnership with regional leadership team to meet or exceed sales goals

* Managing change with effective communication, planning, and team preparation

* Maintaining a consistent presence on the sales floor and in product production areas



What do you bring to the job?



* 3-5 years Retail management experience preferably in operational management and talent development

* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills when communicating with a diverse audience

* The ability to make quick and logical decisions

* Ability to work various hours as needed to include weekends, evenings, and holidays

* Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software

* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
