Some of the key responsibilities of this role are as follows:
* Providing day-to-day leadership for customer service and product teams
* Training, coaching, and supporting skills development with the guidance of store leaders
* Assisting with recruitment and selection process through interviewing and selecting applicants
* Utilizing financial reporting to drive results and support growth goals
* Supporting the organizational mission through training of people with different abilities
* Maintaining a consistent presence on the sales floor and in product production areas
What do you bring to the job?
* 1 year of retail management experience
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills when communicating with a diverse audience
* Willingness to positively coach others in a hands-on workplace
* Ability to work various hours as needed to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
* Basic competency in Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
