Job Description

Our client is seeking a Store Manager to join their team. As a Store Manager, you will be part of the retail management team. The ideal candidate will have retail management experience, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work various hours, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Rate: $55,000

What's the Job?

  • Leads talent through hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring and development
  • Guides human resource objectives and attracts and retains talent
  • Implements business strategies in partnership with the Regional Team Leader
  • Manages a broad range of store activities including team memb er scheduling, store opening and closing procedures and prioritize or delegate duties when applicable
What's Needed?
  • 3 years of retail management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills when communicating with a diverse audience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to manage in a hands-on, physical work environment
