Job Description
Associates degree in Business administration, Engineering or similar. *Equivalent work experience may also be considered. 10+ years of experience in the field, 5+ years in automotive. Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces. Must have solid problem-solving skills (preferably Problem-Solving tool knowledge: KT, Six Sigma, 8D, etc). Actively engages in implementing lessons learned, best practices during development phases, perform manufacturing readiness reviews and follow through on any open risk items to closure. Familiar with Engineering prints. Experience with basic metrology tools, calipers, micrometers, etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. TS-16949 knowledge. Basic supervisor kills and experience. Six Sigma Green Belt.
