Job Description

Seeking a Talent Acquisition Project Manager for a contract position lasting through 8/2021, working for a client in the insurance/financial services industry, working remotely.



Description:

This role is part of the TA Operations team for the Home Office, supporting the attraction, engagement, and selection of talent for Technology, Corporate, Intern, and Contingent roles.



WHAT YOU'LL DO:

* Evaluate, update, document, and optimize recruiting processes

* Lead projects within the TA function and partner cross-functionally

* Develop and deliver training for the TA team and partners

* Support the tracking, measurement, and reporting of TA results

* Act as a Workday SME, providing counsel on how to use the TA module to best support efficiency and effectiveness

* Recommend, test, and implement enhancements in Workday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead projects to implement standard methodologies for process and technology, redefining client to match industry leaders

* Drive efficiency, waste reduction, and the elimination of redundant tasks to increase meaningful work and job happiness on the recruiting team

* Gain insight into current roadblocks and obstacles on the team, develop creative and workable solutions to overcome obstacles

* Document desired outcomes and lead organizational change to drive adoption and adherence

* Act as a Workday super user, supporting requisition/candidate/offer management and basic troubleshooting



Qualifications:

* Solid understanding of TA metrics and industry trends

* 3 plus years of experience as the accountable leader for (at least) medium-scale projects, including partners in multiple functions

* Proven track record of holding a team accountable for results, coaching them on continuous improvement, and rewarding and recognizing them for their successes

* Experience with an enterprise Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workday

* Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience building business cases and presentation decks

* Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action, balancing priorities and working well independently and under pressure

* Collaboration, partnership, and influencing skills



Nice to have:

* Experience with talent networks and CRMs

* Experience building presentation decks to showcase results to partners
