Job Description
Client would like someone who has previous flooring, kitchen, carpet installation experience . Provide excellent customer service
Greet customers entering the department
Help customers find the location of products
Answer customers' questions and provide information on company policies
Provide knowledge on products within the department
Answering phones as instructed and help customers over the phone as needed
Maintain clean and orderly areas within the department and complete other general cleaning duties
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications- prefer 1-2 years' experience in field of Home Décor but no experience required
Education Qualifications- prefer Certification in Design but no experience required
Skills- Problem solver, detail-oriented, outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication skills, actively looks for ways to help people
