- Build content and deliver training for technical programs.
- Oversee requirements and work to recommend schedule for employees' continued training.
- Identify training needs through analysis and consultation with managers.
- Develop and deliver content for maximum participation and retention.
- Assess employees' skills, performance, and productivity to identify improvement opportunities for management consideration.
Bring It:
- 5+ years' experience with technical development in the agriculture industry.
- Demonstrate effective coaching and facilitation skills.
- Experience developing training content.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
- Associate degree in related field.
