What will you be doing?
* Hand Wiping SOP
* Product Inspection After Auto DIP Process Application for Quality Assurance
* Conducting quality tolerance assessment
* Responsible for product curing and baking
* Basic machine operations
* Performs all maintenance Tasks - (Liquid Measurements, Chemical Mixing / Concentrations, Liquid Replacement - Alkaline/Hard Resin, Tank Cleaning, Filter Changes) etc.
* Perform and responsible for standardized testing - Quality Assurance (Abrasion, Adhesion, Film Thickness)
* Records daily results production productivity, quality logs maintenance and cleaning tasks as posted on Communication Board. Perform and initialize.
* Department and Stationary Cleaning
What do you bring?
* Pharma/medical background (an asset).
* High standard of attention to detail.
* Ability to read and understand machine schematics
* Strong basic math skills
* Excellent mechanical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage time and prioritize work effectively.
* College or University degree in a science discipline
