Job Description

Manpower is currently hiring for a Tenant Services Coordinator to support our client's team, based out of Downtown Los Angeles!

What you'll be doing:

* Answering calls and fielding questions; monitoring and replying to email; writing formal notices for tenants in breach of lease or disputes with neighbors; interfacing in-person with tenants, owners, vendors, and a range of drop-by visitors; and representing the company in tenant-facing mass communications and online forums as needed.

* Work closely with and at the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, providing

administrative support and project assistance as needed.

* Communicate cross-departmentally about ongoing tenant-related issues that intersect

with other workflows, such as leasing, unit turnovers, and general property

maintenance concerns reported by or impacting tenants.

* Perform routine office management tasks including but not limited to screening

voicemail, scanning and processing documents, reviewing security reports, maintaining

a record of vendor service calls, monitoring office supply levels, et cetera.

* Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.

* Other duties as assigned.

Who we're looking for:

*Someone with a Bachelor's degree.

* Someone with strong customer service skills.

* Significant experience in written communications is crucial, including fluency with

formal language used in documents such as official notices to tenants, leases, contracts,

and other legal documents. Must be able to consistently produce high-quality error-free

copy and effectively copyedit when needed.

* Minimum of 4+ years of related administrative experience in an office environment.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
