Territory Manager/BSC Manager

Our client in Columbus, OH is searching for a Candidate who is understanding and committed to the organization's mission to enhance the employment opportunities of individuals who are blind and visually impaired.

What's in it for you?

  • $49-53K base salary (10% descretionary bonus, plus commission) = 80-83k/Annual combined
  • Shift may vary, generally 7:00AM-4:30PM

What will you be doing?

  • Develop business plans and strategies focused on business growth and profitability within the assigned territory.
  • Research and pursue leads for potential new customers, develop strong working relationships with existing customers, look for opportunities to enhance these relationships and resolve customer challenges, and leverage these relationships to meet revenue goals. 
  • Coordinate marketing activities focused on business development within the territory. This includes advertising, promotional programs and public relations.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor BSC staff.
  • Collaborate with BU Leader, Sales, & Marketing team, and purchasing to develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing products. Develop forecasts to assist with the budget process and operations planning. 
  • Work with  BU Leader, Sales & Marketing team, and purchasing to develop optimal pricing strategies. Keep accurate records and submit requested weekly, monthly, and annual reports in timely manner. Keep NetSuite data current and maximize the tool to drive business results.
  • Work with Human Resources in developing relationships with local referral sources to acquire mission talent. 
  • Always look for opportunities to enhance the skills and upward mobility of team members who are blind or visually impaired.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor or Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Must possess Sales/Management Experience
  • Strong revenue performance with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to cultivate and grow new business.
  • Ability to Effectively research a territory and develop successful strategies to maximize margin and revenue.
  • Effective use of technology including NetSuite, Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
